US-Latin America foreign policy braces for disruption: A conversation with Eduardo Gamarra of Florida International University

The world awaits with bated breath to learn how Donald Trump and Marco Rubio plan to reshape US foreign relations. No region will be as profoundly impacted as Latin America, as the US reconsiders long-standing positions on trade, migration, aid and military cooperation. To help predict some of those policy changes as well as the far reaching influence of Trump's unique brand of politics, we turned to Dr. Eduardo Gamarra of Florida International University (FIU).
